The company is currently seeking Assemblers/Installers to join its team as independent contractors. This role involves delivering and installing the company’s wooden outdoor structures at customer locations within designated regions. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, individuals will enjoy the flexibility to determine their own working schedule and control their earning potential. This opportunity is ideal for handymen or anyone who enjoys working outdoors and has a knack for mechanical tasks. The compensation is competitive, with assemblers commonly earning between $250 to $350 per day, and on average up to $500 depending on workload and efficiency. This role requires reliable transportation, such as a truck, van, full-size SUV, or trailer capable of carrying boxed kits up to 8 feet in length. Candidates must possess basic hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude. They also must be able to pass a background check and carry valid auto insurance and general liability insurance. A smart phone is also required for communication and coordinating assignments. The position is based on in-person work, involving physical assembly and installation tasks at various customer sites within the assigned region.
