The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to be part of a close-knit team within the food service industry. This role primarily involves taking in-person and phone orders, completing transactions with guests at the register, and assisting other stations as necessary to maintain a seamless flow of operations. In addition to customer-facing duties, the CSR will participate in pizza preparation, including labeling prep items with dates, and occasionally making pizzas when needed. Cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards are essential aspects of the role, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This position requires a commitment to upholding our standards of quality and service while fostering positive guest experiences. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
