Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable cocktail service to guests
- take drink and food orders, deliver items accurately, and ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain strong menu knowledge, including specialty cocktails, wine, and featured items
- monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and provide recommendations
- handle payments, process transactions, and follow all cash-handling procedures
- support bar and service teams with restocking, setup, and side work
- maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
- uphold the lively, guest-focused atmosphere that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
