The VIP Attendant role at Graton Resort & Casino is integral to maintaining an elevated level of guest service in the VIP Lounge and bar areas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and brand names
- Ability to operate POS system accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and use cleaning supplies safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve drinks and food to VIP guests in compliance with company and health department standards
- Process transactions and handle company funds through POS system accurately
- Perform assigned side work including glass retrieval and station maintenance
- Inventory all bar items and manage liquor requisitions ensuring accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the VIP lounge, bar, and service stations
- Serve table games in the VIP area and collaborate with casino hosts and management
- Present, cut, and properly light cigars and demonstrate knowledge of wine list
- Use cleaning supplies appropriately and maintain uniform and grooming standards
- Communicate property amenities and guest resources effectively
