The Stand Manager role at 7 Brew is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall growth and profitable operation of a specific coffee stand location. This full-time position offers a base salary of $55,000, with additional potential for monthly performance-based bonuses, making it a financially rewarding opportunity for dynamic leaders. As a Stand Manager, you will lead your team, known as the Brew Crew, ensuring that the company’s culture, mission, and values are preserved and strengthened daily. This position requires not only managing daily operations but also developing genuine relationships with the crew and understanding the unique aspects of the stand’s business.

Beyond scheduled shifts, the Stand Manager plays an active role in coaching, training, administrative tasks, and operational oversight. You will be directly accountable to a District Manager and will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service. Your leadership will ensure that customer wait times are minimized, cleanliness and service quality remain top-notch, and the team continues to grow and develop. The role demands flexibility, including availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and the readiness to handle unexpected challenges promptly.

As a leader, you will be expected to create a supportive environment that fosters team bonding, provides constructive feedback, and cultivates new leaders within the crew. Inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining low operational costs are also essential duties. Your ability to delegate effectively and implement upper management directives thoughtfully will directly impact the success of your location. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift up to 50lbs
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • cash handling experience
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes at a time
  • can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
  • can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
  • can lift up to 50lbs
  • can stand comfortably for hours at a time
  • can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
  • can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
  • can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
  • can safely use a utility knife
  • can quickly and cleanly operate any position in the stand during peak hours
  • can maintain awareness of the shift’s operations while working a position
  • can assertively and graciously confront their friends to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues
  • can adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
  • effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines
  • can effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
  • has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
  • beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • must be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets
  • maintains excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement
  • provides regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth
  • works with their crew’s needs and availability to create a weekly shift schedule, maintaining a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines
  • tracks and orders necessary inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment, while maintaining a low cost of goods sold by eliminating waste and accurate counting
  • ensures appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change for their stand
  • facilitates team bonding and development through regular meetings and events for their Shift Leads and Brewistas, in both one-on-one and group contexts
