The Sierra Store 0197 located in Lexington, KY, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Key Carrier. The Key Carrier role is an advanced extension of the Coordinator position, requiring flexibility and leadership to ensure smooth store operations. This role involves a blend of responsibilities where candidates alternate between acting as a Coordinator and stepping up as a Key Carrier to lead various store functions. This position is pivotal in delivering a superior customer experience and sustaining the store's operational excellence. Key Carriers must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to manage tasks with precision and confidence.

The Key Carrier serves as a role model within the store, upholding integrity, confidentiality, and company policies. They act as Manager on Duty when necessary, ensuring that opening and closing procedures are thorough and compliant with company standards. Key Carriers oversee team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and provide coaching and feedback to associates to promote a culture of continuous improvement. They are responsible for managing associate coverage, enforcing operational procedures, and handling immediate customer service issues with discretion to maintain customer satisfaction.

In addition to operational duties, Key Carriers support shrink reduction initiatives, promote credit and loyalty programs, and actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires candidates to have open availability including nights and weekends to align with store needs.
