Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate scrubber and buffer
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and labor laws
- Flexible availability to meet business needs

Job Duties
- Operate floor care equipment including scrubber and buffer
- Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, and vacuum store areas
- Dust and spot clean glass and windows
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
- Cross-train in various store areas such as front end, sales floor, and backroom
- Support front end coverage and participate in store recovery
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Follow all labor laws and safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
