Job Duties
- Assist in preparing raw materials according to receipts or supervisor instructions
- prepare bakery items including forming, cutting, shaping, and baking dough
- combine measured ingredients in machinery
- follow receipts to prepare drinks
- ensure products have proper signage and are well-merchandised
- unload and break down deliveries
- stock shelves and refill products using FIFO method
- monitor expiration dates and handle dumping of expired products
- wrap and pack items accurately for customers
- maintain safe working environments and comply with safety regulations
- coordinate cleanliness and maintenance needs
- control and safeguard department assets
- perform product demos to promote sales
- provide excellent customer service and answer questions
- follow cash handling procedures and complete check-out processes
- perform other duties as needed
