Monitoring performance data and reporting findings is essential for continuous improvement and operational transparency. Building positive relationships with business partners and maintaining open communications is key to meeting both customer and company service standards.

Working at FedEx Freight means becoming part of a company that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees, including disabled individuals and veterans.
