This particular role is for a Facilitator/Coach contractor position starting between August and September 2026, located in Albuquerque, NM. As a contractor working on a 1099 basis, engagements are project-based and flexible with no guaranteed hours, allowing for alignment with personal schedules while contributing to meaningful educational transformation. Compensation is structured around a day-rate model, with rates varying based on the length of engagements—from $350 for partial sessions of less than two hours to $1,150 for extended full-day sessions lasting up to eight hours. This includes all aspects of facilitation and coaching duties such as preparation, delivery, follow-up, and documentation.

The Facilitator/Coach will play an essential role in delivering high-impact, curriculum-based professional learning and equitable instructional practices. The primary focus is on coaching secondary math educators in grades 6-8 to implement Eureka Math curricula effectively, supporting strong instructional routines and responsive, standards-aligned teaching.
