Job Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift
- Must be able to work safely and communicate well with others
- Must be able to pass BTE Level 3
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check

Job Duties
- Operate and monitor the cooking processes and computer systems
- Push and pull racks in and out of the ovens and into the coolers and chillers
- Fill out necessary paperwork including HACCP forms and cook logs
- Report all unsafe conditions and acts to plant management
- Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements
- Communicate with plant management about any deviations that may occur throughout shift
- Voice any concerns regarding safety or other production issues
- Other duties as assigned
