We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Specialist for a six-month contract position located onsite at our San Jose office, our corporate headquarters. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking and managing transportation details to ensure seamless supply chain workflows. The specialist is also responsible for resolving customs clearance issues in collaboration with customs brokers, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, and monitoring incident reports to address shipment exceptions proactively. The position offers a pay rate between $25 and $30 per hour, reflecting the need for a skilled professional capable of managing complex logistics functions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management with a focus on transportation and import/export compliance, including familiarity with classification processes. The position demands strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables, along with essential soft skills such as assertiveness, motivation, and goal orientation.
