They are currently seeking a day time Porter for their distribution center. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the warehouse environment. The Porter ensures that all work areas, offices, parking lots, and storage areas are kept in pristine condition. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and requires a commitment to a work schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

The day time Porter’s responsibilities include daily sanitation of workspaces, sweeping and mopping warehouse floors, cleaning bathrooms, managing waste, and maintaining housekeeping inventory. Attentiveness to cleaning tasks beneath storage units and adherence to safety guidelines are critical components of this role. The Porter will also handle routine cleaning schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and assist with filing eating stations. This hands-on position demands physical stamina, including continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and occasional stooping or climbing. The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds is essential.
