The 4th Floor EDR Coordinator position at Aramark plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the event and meeting spaces located on the 4th floor. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing guest services, handling registration processes, and performing various administrative tasks that contribute to a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, clients, and internal teams. The Coordinator is responsible for critical functions such as visitor check-in, managing attendee lists, printing name badges and table tents, updating meeting boards, and overseeing supply restocking. Beyond the operational duties, the Coordinator must maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures, utilizing internal communication systems such as radio and paging for effective coordination across the facility. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial and reporting tasks, assisting with training programs, and providing comprehensive guest assistance. - Display a working knowledge of emergency procedures to ensure employee and guest safety
- utilize radio and paging internal communication system
- perform registration functions including attendee lists, name badges, and printing daily meeting lists
- confirm meetings and headcounts
- greet and escort visitors
- update data board with meeting information and announcements
- restock business center and meeting room supplies, notifying management when orders are required
- provide proper telephone service
- handle mail, messages, and special deliveries
- assist guests in various ways
- assist with financial and reporting tasks
- participate actively in training programs
- perform other duties as assigned by management
