Job Requirements
- commitment to Touchmark's values including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stay on feet for extended periods
- maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
- availability to work from 6am to 2pm with flexibility for evening shifts and special events
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to high standards of hygiene and food safety
- passion for healthy cooking and nutrition
Job Duties
- prepare breakfast and lunch meals using high-quality ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations
- collaborate with culinary team to maintain gold standard in food presentation
- assist with special events and evening shifts as needed
- manage inventory and order supplies
