The Day Shift Parking and Valet Supervisor plays a vital role in ABM’s parking services division, responsible for guaranteeing that all parking and valet operations consistently meet company standards as well as client contractual obligations. Working Friday through Tuesday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, this salaried role offers an hourly pay rate of $25.00, adjusted based on the individual’s educational background, experience, skills, and geographic location. The supervisor will oversee daily parking and valet operations, managing both service quality and operational efficiency within specified budgets for labor and expenses. This position requires leadership to manage and motivate staff effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times. The role involves supervising personnel, conducting safety audits, training new and current employees, maintaining contract specifications, and performing quality control inspections on a daily basis. Additionally, the supervisor must uphold compliance with all relevant State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies, including safety and personnel management.
This position demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word, and a valid driver’s license. A preference is given to candidates with prior experience in parking or valet operations and demonstrated leadership capabilities. The ability to obtain and maintain security credentials, such as the airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, is essential to fulfill the role’s unique operational requirements.
