Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience in parking or valet operations preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to meet all requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Thursday through Monday

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff
  • Answer phones
  • Provide customer services assistance
  • Replenish tickets
  • Maintain contract specifications
  • Maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • Perform safety audits
  • Check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports
  • Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • Perform daily quality control inspections
  • Assist in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • Be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
  • Ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
