Job Requirements

  • experience leading a team
  • experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver’s license required
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
  • must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • supervise staff
  • answer phones
  • provide customer services assistance
  • replenish tickets
  • maintain contract specifications
  • maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • perform safety audits
  • check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
  • train new staff and oversee ongoing training of existing employees in proper methods, use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • perform daily quality control inspections
  • assist in safety programs follow-through by branch safety coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
  • ensure area is in compliance with all state and federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
