Employees working 2nd and 3rd shifts receive an additional $1.50 per hour as a shift premium, enhancing the overall compensation package.\n\nThis food packing role is critical to ensuring that food products are processed, packaged, and prepared efficiently and safely for distribution. Packers interface directly with equipment and a wide range of food items, working in an environment that moves products along conveyor belts through various stages including mixing, cooking, and packaging. The role demands attention to detail, accuracy in inspecting and weighing products, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Packers will be responsible for adding goods accurately into mass flow containers, cleaning and preparing containers, inspecting products for defects, and recording production data methodically.\n\nThe position requires handling materials with care, modifying products during the manufacturing process to meet quality requirements, and operating or adjusting machinery and equipment to facilitate processing. Due to the fast-paced nature of production lines, candidates must be able to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. The company fosters an inclusive environment with reasonable accommodations available to individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.\n\nEmployees are expected to feed materials into machines, load and unload products, and assist with any other duties related to packing and feeding within the production process. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing process and contributing to the company's commitment to delivering safe and high-quality food products to customers. The shift is primarily overnight, which suits individuals seeking stable night hours with opportunities for overtime work.\n\nThe company values its employees' well-being and offers comprehensive benefits to full-time team members, emphasizing not only physical but also mental health through various health-related and wellness programs.
