We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and lead the maintenance department within our facility. This role involves ensuring that all safety protocols, policies, and procedures are effectively communicated and upheld by all employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving uninterrupted facility operation through strategic planning, scheduling, and directing maintenance labor. This includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating efforts with both Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management teams. The Maintenance Supervisor will also manage inventory levels to support operational continuity, provide necessary tools and resources to the maintenance workforce, and actively participate in quality improvement and safety promotion initiatives. In addition, the individual will prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, expenditures, and budget projections, ensuring transparency and accountability. This position requires a hands-on leader who conducts regular inspections to audit performance quality and fosters a professional, safe, and orderly workplace environment. This is a full-time position that demands flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or alternative shifts as required. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Availability to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required
- Professional appearance adherence
- Good performance and attendance record
- Physical and mental fitness to manage stressful and exerting job conditions
- Effective communication skills for conducting and participating in meetings

Job Duties
- Ensure all employees understand and abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and policies
- Ensure that safe and sanitary working conditions are maintained in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
- Conduct safety training and schedule participation in safety meetings and sessions
- Investigate all accidents and near misses promptly and take corrective actions
- Direct facility maintenance operations to maintain safe, clean, and efficient facility conditions
- Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance labor functions to ensure timely and quality completion of work
- Verify maintenance work order completion and proper routing
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management
- Develop and revise preventive maintenance procedures regularly
- Audit maintenance workforce performance through personal inspections
- Recommend repair, modifications, or replacement of equipment based on data and operational needs
- Maintain maintenance stores inventory at minimum necessary levels
- Supply tools, manuals, and procedures to support maintenance workforce efficiency
- Participate actively in quality improvement and safety promotion programs
- Publish monthly maintenance activity and expenditure reports
- Prepare annual maintenance department budget projections
- Maintain all controlled areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of overtime work.
