We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and lead the maintenance department within our facility. This role involves ensuring that all safety protocols, policies, and procedures are effectively communicated and upheld by all employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving uninterrupted facility operation through strategic planning, scheduling, and directing maintenance labor. This includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating efforts with both Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management teams. The Maintenance Supervisor will also manage inventory levels to support operational continuity, provide necessary tools and resources to the maintenance workforce, and actively participate in quality improvement and safety promotion initiatives. In addition, the individual will prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, expenditures, and budget projections, ensuring transparency and accountability. This position requires a hands-on leader who conducts regular inspections to audit performance quality and fosters a professional, safe, and orderly workplace environment. This is a full-time position that demands flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or alternative shifts as required.
