With a strong emphasis on core values such as respect, honesty, kindness, compassion, and service excellence, RLC fosters a close-knit and servant-hearted community amongst both staff and residents. Their mission centers on achieving four essential goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations, all of which contribute to a thriving and supportive atmosphere.

The role of the 3rd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a vital position responsible for ensuring the community remains secure, welcoming, and orderly during overnight hours. The successful candidate will be entrusted with maintaining a spotless environment, attending to various operational tasks, and responding promptly and calmly to emergencies or unexpected situations. This role requires a dependable individual who enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating a peaceful and safe living space for seniors. Beyond cleanliness, the concierge will monitor building systems including fire alarms, follow emergency protocols, and assist residents during fires or severe weather events to uphold community safety standards. Administrative support functions are also critical, including managing room service requests, selling meal tickets, organizing menus, scheduling transportation, and maintaining necessary records. Additionally, the concierge supports community operations by proactively identifying and responding to any concerns, assisting with event setups, and providing responsible alcohol service during community gatherings.

This front-line role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the concierge will be creating memorable first impressions for residents, families, and guests by greeting them warmly and attending to their needs with professionalism. Valet parking services are also a component, requiring a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to safely park vehicles. Candidates must be able to stay alert and present during overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

RLC offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, which includes access to pay anytime, a substantial benefit stipend applicable to health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, health savings accounts, accident indemnity, legal protection, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
