Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- able to valet park vehicles safely
- able to work Thursday-Monday 11:00 pm to 7:30 am while staying present and alert for the entire shift
- must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire
- adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities
- willing to assist in various areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- professional appearance
- team-oriented with attention to detail
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff
- knowledge of the local community preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the community
- respond calmly and quickly to emergencies
- support community safety by monitoring building systems and following emergency protocols
- assist with administrative support including taking room-service requests and scheduling transportation
- support community operations by walking the community and assisting with event setup
- create memorable first impressions by greeting residents, families, and guests
- welcome new residents by introducing yourself whenever you see them
