The Bakery Department within Campbell Soup Company is currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of 3rd Shift Bakery General Bakeshop Helper. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that plays a critical role in the production of bakery products such as bread and rolls. The position is full-time and primarily scheduled on the third shift, with hours potentially starting as early as 8:00 P.M. and varying based on production schedule and coverage needs, especially during holiday periods. The base pay rate is $28.42 per hour, reflecting the company's dedication to rewarding its team members competitively.

In this role, the Bakery General Bakeshop Helper will perform a wide variety of assignments in the Bread and Roll Departments, including utility tasks, scaling, sorting, mixing, division, operating roll and hearth lines, managing ovens and proofers, pan stacking, lidding and delidding bread pans, packaging set-up, and basket stacking. The position may also require performing molders, straighteners, slicers, and packager assignments as needed. Candidates must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously, as the job demands manual effort and agility.

The helper will work closely with operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel within a team-oriented environment, supporting all safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Denver facility. Their responsibilities also include supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality Programs, completing required quality checks and paperwork accurately and promptly, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and helping meet daily production goals. Rotation among trained positions will be necessary to maintain job qualifications and skills, reflecting the company's culture of versatility and continuous learning.

The successful candidate will be involved in basic preventive maintenance and operator-driven reliability duties, such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment assigned by supervisors.
