The company is currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of 3rd Shift Bakery Distribution. The position is a full-time opportunity within their distribution department, offering a base pay rate of $27.21 per hour. Working primarily the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM, this role requires flexibility to adapt to variable schedules and the potential necessity to work overtime depending on the shipping demands. The Bakery Distribution role focuses on the physical handling of bakery products, requiring manual processes such as unloading trucks, storing products on the floor, picking bakery orders involving manual handling of baskets stacked up to 16 layers high, and loading trucks efficiently.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of bakery products through the distribution center while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Distribution Helper is expected to actively support plant safety protocols, quality assurance, SAP system compliance, 5S standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Duties may include leadership roles in 5S audits and active participation in maintaining workplace standards such as daily and weekly cleaning and organization audits.
