Job Duties
- Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests
- prepare product for sale including baking, weighing, and pricing
- maintain product level, quality and freshness
- perform cake decorating upon request
- maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas
- communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management and supervisors
- keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times
- perform front porch duties to ensure no noticeable wait standard is maintained
- announce specials and sale information on the PA system
- assist in product receiving and storage
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
