  • Manage inventory including ordering, receiving and stock rotation
  • Supervise and train bakery department personnel

  • Handle customer relations and special orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bakery areas
  • Monitor and maintain records for sales, labor and inventory
  • Attend required training and sales meetings
  • Implement emergency procedures for equipment malfunctions
  • Communicate sales goals and department performance to staff
  • Resolve employee complaints and report to store director
