We are actively recruiting Assemblers/Installers to join us as 1099 Independent Contractors. This role involves delivering and installing outdoor wooden structures at customer locations within your region. As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to determine your own schedule and control your earning potential by working as much or as little as you want. This position is ideal for handymen or those who enjoy working outdoors and want to earn income based on their effort. Assemblers can expect to earn a starting amount of approximately $250 per product assembled. The role requires reliable transportation such as a truck, van, full-size SUV, or trailer capable of carrying boxed kits up to 8 feet in length. Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude are essential. Candidates must also be able to pass a background check and carry valid auto insurance as well as general liability insurance. A smartphone is also required to facilitate communication and coordination during assignments. Pay includes daily pay, mileage pay, and the opportunity to get paid while learning new skills on the job.
