This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the dry warehouse, including ambient, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas, as well as receiving and tempering zones. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across all warehouse locations, ensuring safety compliance, and performing material movements efficiently and safely. This position requires proficiency in warehouse management systems such as SAP and RF, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. The role involves various responsibilities including inventory control, pallet transfers, lot tracking, allergen segregation, cycle counting, and forklift operation. It is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in cold and fast-paced environments.

Employees in this position are expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancement, reducing waste, and supporting safety audits. The role requires collaboration with production, quality, and scheduling teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets effectively.
