Job Description

We are a well-established food production company committed to delivering high-quality products with consistency and safety to our customers. We specialize in manufacturing a variety of food items in a clean, efficient, and regulated factory environment. Our company prides itself on maintaining rigorous standards in food safety, quality control, and operational efficiency. We foster a collaborative work culture where every team member plays a vital role in our production process. Holding ourselves to the highest standards, we continuously strive to innovate and improve our processes while ensuring a safe and productive workplace for all employees.

We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Food Production Mixer Associates to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is scheduled for the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Mixer Associate will be primarily responsible for operating food production machinery, measuring and mixing ingredients accurately according to recipes, and maintaining clean and organized work areas in the Production, Oven Room, and Kitchen sections of our facility. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols to meet our stringent quality standards. This role reports directly to the Line Lead, Quality Assurance personnel, and management, requiring clear communication and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

The position involves physical demands such as lifting up to 55 pounds and standing or walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a food production mixer role in a factory setting, although this experience is preferred, not mandatory. Those interested must be capable of following detailed recipes, accurately measuring ingredients, and correctly filling out lot sheets for traceability purposes. The ability to identify and correct lot codes and verify expiration dates for all ingredients is essential to ensure ongoing quality and safety compliance. Additionally, associates are expected to assist in routine cleaning of production equipment, tables, scales, utensils, and surrounding areas as necessary.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-hire screening process, including a background investigation requiring submission of complete documentation. The role demands flexibility for additional hours and possible weekend work during peak production seasons to meet increased demand. We emphasize a supportive and structured work environment where safety protocols are strictly followed, encouraging personal accountability and professional growth.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to join a professional food manufacturing team that values quality, teamwork, and consistency. We provide on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities within our facility, enabling employees to develop their skills and advance in the food production industry. Join our team and contribute to producing safe, high-quality food products enjoyed by customers across numerous markets.
