The Mixer / Machine Operator role is central to our production operations. This full-time position involves executing batch production processes with precision, ensuring that all formulas and work orders are strictly followed. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience in machine operation or batch processing, demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining focus on quality and safety. Operating within a structured schedule from Monday to Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am, the operator will be responsible for measuring and combining ingredients, setting up and changing over equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role requires basic troubleshooting skills to identify and respond to off-spec conditions effectively.
