Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older
  • current driver license and clean driving record
  • able to lift 25 pounds
  • problem-solving skills
  • customer service experience
  • intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • ability to de-escalate critical situations
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of local community preferred

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • take initiative and be an independent problem solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • eager to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • project a resort-like image in person and over the phone
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred
  • previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • interact with residents and guests
  • answer the phone
  • support marketing activities
  • perform administrative work
  • assist with community events
  • assist in dining room during peak meal times
  • perform assorted cleaning
  • provide a friendly and lasting first impression to visitors
  • anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members
  • manage outside vendor deliveries
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panel
  • call emergency personnel including 911 when appropriate
