Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • current driver license with clean driving record
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • ability to move tables and furniture periodically
  • take initiative and solve problems independently
  • ability to de-escalate critical situations
  • strong multitasking skills
  • intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • comfortable with emergency response protocol including calling 911 when appropriate
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • passion for serving seniors

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically
  • capable of lifting and carrying approximately 25 pounds
  • take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • experience in de-escalating critical situations
  • desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • strong knowledge of the local community and region preferred
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience
