Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
- comfortable valet parking Resident vehicles

Job Duties
- assist Residents and Guests with various inquiries and needs
- answer phone calls promptly and courteously
- assist with marketing and administrative tasks
- support community events and activities
- aid in the dining room during peak meal times
- perform assorted cleaning duties
- monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency calls and fire alarm systems
- provide excellent hospitality and security ensuring a positive impression
- anticipate needs of residents, guests, and team members
