Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically
  • able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
  • comfortable valet parking Resident vehicles

Job Duties

  • assist Residents and Guests with various inquiries and needs
  • answer phone calls promptly and courteously
  • assist with marketing and administrative tasks
  • support community events and activities
  • aid in the dining room during peak meal times
  • perform assorted cleaning duties
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency calls and fire alarm systems
  • provide excellent hospitality and security ensuring a positive impression
  • anticipate needs of residents, guests, and team members
