Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a leading, fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in senior living communities across the United States, with over 60 communities nationwide. Renowned for offering a resort-style environment, RLC is dedicated to serving seniors with respect, honesty, kindness, compassion, and service excellence. The company strives to create a close-knit, servant-hearted community focused not only on operational success but also on fostering a joyful experience for both residents and employees. At RLC, serving seniors is more than just a job; it’s a heartfelt mission that guides every member of the team to work collaboratively towards four key goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations.
The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities serves as the welcoming face of the community and is crucial in creating a positive first impression for residents, their families, and guests. This position involves being the initial point of contact at the front desk, answering calls, and addressing resident needs while maintaining a dynamic and hands-on approach. The concierge role requires flexibility and attentiveness, as you will be on your feet assisting with a variety of duties across the community, from valet parking to supporting dining services and ensuring safety protocols are upheld. This full-time role operates from Thursday to Monday during the second shift of 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, offering employees a stable schedule and immersion into a purpose-driven work environment where they can make a meaningful difference every day.
As a key member of the RLC team, the 2nd Shift Concierge must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to help create a warm, respectful atmosphere that supports residents’ well-being and comfort. The role also demands excellent organizational abilities for managing administrative tasks like scheduling transportation and coordinating guest suite reservations. Additionally, the concierge is responsible for maintaining building safety systems, assisting with emergencies, and ensuring proper service protocols including responsible alcohol service. RLC supports its employees with competitive compensation and benefits such as a $341 benefit stipend per pay period to be used towards health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other protections, as well as paid time off and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
Working at RLC means joining a family-oriented company with supportive leadership in a beautiful, resort-style setting. Employees are encouraged to bring their servant hearts and dedication to a role that offers both professional growth and meaningful community impact. With an emphasis on servant leadership and attention to detail, the 2nd Shift Concierge helps ensure the smooth operation of the community while fostering an environment where residents feel valued and cared for. If you're passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow and succeed within a vibrant and compassionate company.
