Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a fast-growing, family-owned company dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences across more than 60 resort-style communities nationwide. RLC’s mission transcends traditional service, offering a welcoming, compassionate environment where seniors can thrive. The company prides itself on a close-knit, servant-hearted culture grounded in respect, honesty, kindness, compassion, and service excellence. This commitment shapes every interaction and guides the organization toward its goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. Each RLC community is designed to blend luxury living with a supportive, family atmosphere that encourages independence, well-being, and a meaningful lifestyle for seniors. The work environment not only fosters growth and development among its team members but also emphasizes the importance of teamwork, customer satisfaction, and safety.
The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is vital in maintaining this welcoming atmosphere. Serving as the primary point of contact during the afternoon and evening hours, the 2nd Shift Concierge is the first face residents, families, guests, and vendors encounter upon arrival. This dynamic position requires a personable, proactive individual skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Alongside greeting visitors and handling telephone inquiries, the Concierge supports various community operations, including valet parking, emergency response, room service assistance, and administrative duties. This hands-on role demands adaptability, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Concierge also plays an essential part in ensuring community safety by monitoring alarms and executing emergency procedures when required. Given the breadth of duties and direct resident interaction, the position is critical to sustaining the positive, resort-style environment that RLC is known for. This full-time role typically operates from Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits. Those who join RLC have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to enriching seniors’ lives while growing professionally within a supportive and respected company.
