Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a prominent company dedicated to serving seniors with compassion and dedication. Operating as a family-owned business with over 60 communities nationwide, RLC prides itself on providing a beautiful, resort-style environment where residents feel valued and cared for. The company’s core values — Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence — guide every aspect of its operations, fostering a close-knit, servant-hearted community among employees and residents alike. At RLC, success is measured by achieving four essential goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. This holistic approach ensures not only operational efficiency but also a positive and supportive atmosphere for everyone involved.

The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a vital position that combines customer service, administrative responsibilities, and hands-on operational support. As the welcoming face of the community during the second shift, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors. This dynamic role requires you to be on your feet, ready to assist in various tasks from greeting visitors and answering calls to managing building safety and supporting community operations. Working primarily from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Thursday through Monday, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the community and ensuring a positive experience for all involved. Your duties include performing valet parking services, responding to emergencies, assisting with event setups, and supporting dining and room service coverage during peak times. You will also handle important administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong problem-solving and organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Being adaptable and team-oriented is essential to respond effectively to shifting priorities and provide top-level service.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including access to pay anytime, a substantial benefit stipend, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Employees gain access to health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, various savings accounts, accident and hospital indemnity coverage, and legal and identity theft protection. RLC supports its team members with a supportive leadership structure and a purpose-driven work environment where making a daily difference in seniors’ lives brings a deep sense of fulfillment. If you are a reliable, communicative professional with a servant’s heart looking to contribute to a caring community, the 2nd Shift Concierge position at Resort Lifestyle Communities may be the perfect opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact.
