Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a rapidly growing, family-owned company with over 60 communities nationwide dedicated to providing a resort-style living experience for seniors. The organization is built on a foundation of core values including respect, honesty, kindness and compassion, and service excellence, creating a close-knit and servant-hearted community. RLC’s mission transcends typical job roles; it calls for a heartfelt commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors within a vibrant, caring environment. The company emphasizes four essential goals that guide its continued success: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. These principles foster not only a positive working atmosphere but also ensure residents receive exceptional care and service in every community.
The 2nd Shift Concierge role at RLC is pivotal as the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism. This position demands a dynamic and hands-on approach, as the concierge serves as the primary contact at the front desk while also providing support throughout the community where needed. From managing valet parking to answering phones and assisting in various operational tasks, the role requires multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
This is a part-time to full-time position with scheduled hours from Thursday to Monday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, providing a competitive pay range of $17.00 - $18.50 per hour. Working as the 2nd Shift Concierge means being integral to creating a positive first impression, ensuring safety, and supporting community events and daily operations. The role also involves administrative duties such as scheduling transportation, maintaining records, coordinating guest suite reservations, and assisting with dining room coverage during peak times. Additionally, the concierge helps maintain cleanliness and security of common areas and welcomes new residents to facilitate a smooth transition into the community.
RLC offers a supportive leadership team within a beautiful resort-style setting, making it an ideal workplace for individuals who want to engage in a purpose-driven role. Employees enjoy access to a comprehensive benefits package including a $341 benefit stipend per pay period applicable towards health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, accident and hospital indemnity plans, legal and identity theft protection, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Working at Resort Lifestyle Communities means joining a heartfelt community where employees are valued, residents are cherished, and every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
