The company’s commitment to fostering a supportive and caring atmosphere makes it an exceptional place to work and live, emphasizing a culture that values happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. RLC is much more than a service provider; it is a community where purpose, respect, and heartfelt service intersect to enhance the lives of those it serves.

The role of the 2nd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a vital position, combining front desk responsibilities with active community support during the evening hours. The position requires someone adaptable, hands-on, and willing to support various community functions beyond traditional concierge duties. The role involves a unique blend of customer service, safety monitoring, administrative support, and community engagement. The 2nd Shift Concierge handles valet parking services, emergency responses, administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, and event setup support, ensuring a seamless, secure, and pleasant experience for all residents and visitors. Additionally, the successful candidate supports alcohol service, maintains cleanliness in common areas, manages office supplies, and helps orient new residents to facilitate their smooth integration into the community. This comprehensive, dynamic role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and a caring attitude who wants to contribute meaningfully to a vibrant community setting. Moreover, Resort Lifestyle Communities offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off and other wellness perks.
