Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a fast-growing, family-owned company with over 60 communities nationwide, dedicated to serving seniors with respect, honesty, kindness, compassion, and service excellence. At RLC, employees become part of a close-knit, servant-hearted community that values happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations as the key pillars of success. The company provides a supportive leadership environment within beautiful, resort-style communities, creating a purposeful workplace where every team member can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day.

The role of the 2nd Shift Concierge at RLC is a dynamic, hands-on position that demands a welcoming, proactive individual ready to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. As the face of the community during the 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm shift from Thursday through Monday, the concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, providing valet parking services, and answering phone calls promptly and professionally. Beyond front desk duties, this role requires being on the move to support various community operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

This position suits candidates who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal 2nd Shift Concierge possesses excellent communication skills, professional presence, and a team-oriented attitude, along with knowledge of the local community. Competence in Microsoft Office applications and ability to meet local alcohol service standards with food handler permits add to the requirements. Furthermore, the role involves responsibility for building safety monitoring, responding to emergencies, maintaining common area cleanliness, and assisting with administrative tasks like scheduling transportation and managing resident documents.

Working at RLC means embracing service excellence and making a positive impact on seniors’ lives daily while benefiting from competitive compensation and a robust benefits package. Full-time employees enjoy advantages such as a $341 per pay period benefit stipend applicable to health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and more. Paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and access to your pay anytime further enhance the attractive employment offer. RLC fosters a welcoming atmosphere where new residents receive orientation, and team members support each other in creating a quality living experience in a resort-style community setting.
