Job Requirements

- previous experience in the luxury travel or concierge industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- availability to work weekends and some holidays
- valid driver’s license
- clear lifetime federal background check

Job Duties
- Answers corporate switchboard during business hours
- books reservations and confirms itineraries for local and worldwide travel
- maintains relationships with 3rd-party affiliates
- reviews and confirms daily/weekly schedules to ensure staff coverage
- adheres to a strict confidentiality policy to ensure the safety of clients and staff
- prepares vehicles for specialized, boutique-style luxury travel
- will focus on extended travel for clients, including destination pre-arrival planning
- maintains a professional workspace
- provides an excellent level of customer service to staff and clients
- availability to work weekends and some holidays a must
- a valid driver’s license is required
- must have a clear lifetime federal background check
