Job Duties
- Manage food production for all meal services
- Prepare food items using predetermined quality methods
- Set up station with required mise en place for meal functions
- Adhere to provincial and federal sanitation and safety practices
- Assist with food preparation and service duties as assigned by Executive Chef or First Cook
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and consistent food production
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
