Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to perform basic math including discounts and percentages
  • Must obtain TABC Beverage Sellers Permit
  • Availability to work any Friday or Saturday shift
  • Availability for 80 percent or more of scheduled shifts weekly
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally using proper techniques
  • Must comply with safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
  • Must maintain attendance and timeliness
  • Ability to work onsite according to schedule
  • Ability to limit personal cell phone use during work
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Retail sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
  • Front merchandise and rotate stock for freshness
  • Maintain neat and orderly sales floor and back stock
  • Clean shelves, aisles, and tables to ensure safety
  • Maintain fresh and readable price tags
  • Provide feedback to management on stock levels and product performance
  • Prepare sales floor and storage for inventory
  • Use and maintain computers and RF scanner equipment
  • Seek continual improvement of skills and knowledge
  • Avoid conversations with coworkers when guests are present
  • Limit personal cell phone use to work activities
  • Carry out management directives efficiently
