Job Duties
- follow proper food handling procedures per food handling SOP
- take and fill guest orders and requests in a timely and friendly manner
- maintain food stand cleanliness per cleaning and sanitation SOP
- operate a variety of food equipment according to safety training plan while using required PPE
- understand time and temperature sheets and complete hourly
- knowledge of stand menu, recipes, and prices at assigned locations
- prepare and serve food that complies with expected quality, quantity, presentation and state health code requirements
