Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in heat conditions up to 105 degrees
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces
- Math skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Experience handling high call volume
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Skilled in operating office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Experienced with Point of Sale systems
- Ability to manage guest orders and transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest experience by answering questions and resolving issues
- Process guests' orders and operate Point of Sale equipment following proper procedures
- Process season pass applications and transactions
- Handle high call volume efficiently and professionally
- Use Microsoft Office suite and office equipment competently
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner
