Aramark is a global leader in food and facilities management services, proudly serving millions of guests daily across 15 countries. As a company rooted in service and driven by a strong purpose, Aramark is dedicated to making a positive impact not only for its partners and customers but also within the communities and environments it operates in. Fostering a culture of inclusion and equal opportunity, Aramark ensures that every employee can participate fully and thrive in a supportive and dynamic workplace, regardless of their background or identity. Committed to professional growth, Aramark offers ample opportunities for talent development, career advancement, and skill-building, making it an ideal employer for individuals seeking meaningful and rewarding career paths in the hospitality and service industry.
The Management Accelerator Program (MAP) at Aramark is an exceptional opportunity designed specifically for recent graduates ready to fast-track their careers into leadership roles. This immersive program blends hands-on operations and people management experience with professional development activities, mentorship, and community building. Typically commencing between May and August 2026, depending on the business area, MAP is ideal for graduates completing their degrees between December 2025 and August 2026. Participants in the MAP program can expect to step into leadership positions early, gaining essential skills and confidence to excel in fast-paced, client-focused environments. The program provides a flexible pathway tailored to individual career goals, allowing participants to continue in their current accounts, explore different lines of business, relocate, or transition between operations and functional roles. Through MAP, Aramark not only supports its future leaders but also builds a strong pipeline of talented professionals who contribute to the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in food and facilities services.
As part of the Management Accelerator Program, participants are entrusted with significant responsibilities from day one, such as leading daily team briefings, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, overseeing financial performance through meticulous management of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, and driving operational efficiency and profitability. The role requires a keen ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams, manage labor and food cost initiatives, and uphold operational excellence fundamentals. In addition, MAP participants lead front-of-house dining operations, collaborate closely with Food Service Directors, and supervise quality control in food production. This comprehensive leadership training ensures that graduates develop a robust understanding of business operations, people management, and customer service, preparing them to thrive in diverse and dynamic hospitality environments. Aramark’s supportive culture encourages continuous learning and adaptability, with the acknowledgment that job duties may evolve to meet changing business needs. Overall, the Management Accelerator Program is a prime launchpad for aspiring leaders who want to accelerate their potential and impact in the hospitality and food service industry.
