The current opening is for a Catering Manager, a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location. This role requires managing the catering team to meet customer expectations and service standards, developing innovative catering solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Catering Manager ensures consistent quality in event planning and execution, from food preparation to event setup, while also handling staffing, scheduling, and budget targets. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to provide exceptional service and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree completed prior to program start
  • Background in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Graduates between December 2025 and August 2026
  • Degree or background in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends or holidays
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
  • Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needs
  • Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
  • Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
  • Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
  • Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
