The role involves regular customer interactions, including dealing with minors, handling cash and electronic payments, and managing inventory and store merchandise. This role emphasizes high performance in customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies relating to safety, loss prevention, and security.

The job demands flexibility, with a typical work week of 44 hours that may include evenings and weekends. Sherwin-Williams offers a supportive work culture that emphasizes work-life balance, competitive compensation, and a broad range of employee benefits. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive environment and provides ongoing opportunities for professional growth and community engagement.

Candidates entering this program must meet specific requirements, including a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to handle material lifting requirements. Preferred qualifications highlight prior experience in retail, sales, leadership roles, and team-oriented settings, alongside skills in customer relationship management systems and multilingual communication abilities including Spanish.
