The role of the Food and Beverage Supervisor entails overseeing the daily operations of several culinary locations to ensure seamless functioning and guest satisfaction. This position requires a hands-on leader who monitors team member performance, maintains quality food standards, and enforces company policies, including grooming, safety, and cash handling procedures. The supervisor is responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and minimizing waste to assure the profitability of the assigned locations. Additionally, this role demands a strong focus on driving daily per capita sales and revenue generation. The supervisor must maintain a clean and organized work environment while fostering positive interactions with both team members and guests alike. Key responsibilities include monitoring staffing levels, administering disciplinary actions when required, training new employees, and supporting park-wide projects as needed. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ServSafe Alcohol and Food Manager Certifications required
- Willing to work varied schedule including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work full-time hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to forty pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age, 18+ preferred
- ServSafe Alcohol and Food Manager Certifications required
- Willing to work varied schedule including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work 40 hours per week during full-time operations and 1-2 work crew days on weekends

Job Duties
- Assure profitability of assigned location by closely monitoring inventory, cost of goods, and product spoilage
- Adhere and enforce all department grooming, safety and cash handling policies
- Focus on driving daily per capita and revenue
