Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of security and loss prevention
- Must be able to use a radio for communication
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the store and direct them to appropriate areas
- Check all bags for security purposes and ensure no opened food or drinks enter the store
- Maintain communication with store management and loss prevention through radio
- Direct customers with packages to check their packages
- Professionally communicate and assist customers
- Verify employee purchases by checking receipts against bag contents
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store entrance
