The role of Valet Attendant at Onsight Healthcare is vital as it represents the first and last point of contact for patients and guests visiting the healthcare facility. Job Requirements

  • Between 19 - 65 years of age (per company insurance policy)
  • Possess a good driving record and a valid, in-state driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
  • Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
  • Ability to move with urgency and speed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and team members
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
  • Assist guests by opening doors, exiting cars, handling luggage, wheelchairs/walkers, and assisting with entering or exiting the facility
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following driving best practices and obeying traffic laws
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients, guests, and team members
  • Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations
