Job Requirements
- Between 19 - 65 years of age (per company insurance policy)
- Possess a good driving record and a valid, in-state driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
- Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
- Ability to move with urgency and speed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and team members
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet service or customer service preferred
- Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients, guests, and team members
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
- Assist guests by opening doors, exiting cars, handling luggage, wheelchairs/walkers, and assisting with entering or exiting the facility
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following driving best practices and obeying traffic laws
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients, guests, and team members
- Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations
